Data, Content Conversion and Research Solutions

DDD’s African operations headquarters is located in Nairobi, Kenya. DDD Africa specializes in web and field research, eBook conversion, open data solutions for government, and handwriting transcription. This office also delivers content digitization and data services. DDD also works with partners to deliver document management, revenue management and health management information systems. The staff in East Africa has capabilities to execute client projects in languages including Arabic, English, French, German and Swahili. DDD launched its African operations in Nairobi, Kenya in 2011. Today DDD Africa includes more than 400 staff, with a presence in South Africa and Tanzania, in addition to Kenya. Worldwide, DDD has offices in Africa, Asia, and North America.

Cloud Academy

DDD/AWS Cloud Academy recognized at Amazon Web Services Summit in Washington, DC.  Watch video on how The Cloud Academy develops the advanced technology skills that are being used to help the National Museums of Kenya preserve the cultural heritage of Africa and share it with the world via the cloud.


ISO Certification

On August 13th 2014, DDD was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system standard certification by the Bureau Veritas. The ISO 9001:2008 standard ensures that DDD’s product consistently meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
